Cybersecurity
Incident response, vulnerability and patch management, and endpoint security in a regulated banking environment, across 2,000+ endpoints and servers.
Software development
Full-stack web development with Python, Django, Next.js and TypeScript. I recently delivered a production ecommerce site for a client.
Training
Lead Cybersecurity Trainer on the CyberBridge programme. I designed an 18-week, 160-hour curriculum and I am teaching its first cohort of 25 learners.
How I work
A typical incident, start to finish
Triage
Review the alert, decide how serious it is, and escalate high-priority incidents within SLA.
Investigate
Dig into logs and system data to find the root cause.
Contain and recover
Stop the problem spreading, fix the cause and restore normal service.
Document and follow up
Record the incident and the follow-up actions so management and auditors can review them.
